The Making
of Olver

Olver, or as it was known then Spectre, was initially created when Campbell had to partake in a primary school assignment, where he had to create a short story about a fantastical event or adventure. After watching a YouTube video on Leprechauns, he decided to create his story about the adventures of a boy from Spectre who meets a Leprechaun. He called it Cuthbert and the Leprechaun. After failing to finish the story, he decided to retry the concept in a creative writing club, this time adding better ideas, and renaming a few things, including Spectre, now Olver, Town of The Golden Heart. Finally, upon leaving the school, he finally finished it. It had taken three months. He decided to publish it, and with the help of his father, found an illustrator to create it. The first one, was a scam. An evil man sat in his unwashed basement tricking people of reading. The second one, was a truthful service, and after three long years, Cuthbert and the Leprechaun was finished, and the future of Olver lies only in one boys mind, and his pen.
